Buffet Reservation Terms & Policies

Reservation Requirement:
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before your planned visit.

​

Buffet Schedule:
Our brunch buffet is offered exclusively every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

 

Walk-In Policy:
Walk-ins are permitted; however, reserved guests are prioritized, and walk-ins will only be accommodated if there are available slots.

 

Check-In Policy:
Guests are required to check in 15 minutes before their reserved time slot. This helps us manage the flow of diners and maintain an optimal experience for everyone.

 

Late Arrival:
Arriving 15 minutes past your reserved time slot is considered late. Your reservation will be forfeited, and the slot will be allocated to another guest.

Time slots are strictly followed:

For example, if you arrive at 9:10 AM for your 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM slot, you will only be scheduled until 10:00 AM. There will be no exceptions or extensions

If your reservation is forfeited, it will be deemed cancelled.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Guests may cancel reservations online.

Strictly no refunds. Regardless if cancelled by the guest for any reason or cancelled due to being forfeited. If you decide to cancel a reservation we will gladly offer you a free rebooking on any other date that you prefer.

Pricing, Fees and Taxes

 

Adults ages 10 and Over: $14.99

Kids ages between 4 and 9: $10.00

Kids ages 3 and below: Free

All reservations are subject to New York Sales Tax, along with an additional fee for services, processing, and reservation fees.

Seating Preference

​

When filling out your details for booking your reservation there is a section to select your seating preference. By default "No Preference" is selected but you may choose between "No Preference, Indoor, or outdoor".

​

For outdoor seating please make sure to check the weather forecast for the day of your reservation before selecting your preferred seat. Please note that seat changes will only be accommodated on the day of your reservation and ONLY if there are available options.
