Strictly No Returns, No Refunds

 

At TagpuanNYC, we enforce an All Sales Are Final policy, with no refunds or exchanges, except in the case of defective or damaged products upon delivery. Customers must report defects or other product issues within 48 hours of receiving their order to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Merchandise

All merchandise adheres to the All Sales Are Final policy, with no refunds or exchanges. The only exception is defective or damaged products upon delivery. Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Consumables

Consumables, including breads, pastries, and Bake It Your Own kits, are strictly non-refundable and fall under the All Sales Are Final policy. Any defects or product issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or receipt to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Reservations and Bookings

Reservations and bookings are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation by guests for any reason or forfeiture due to tardiness. However, all canceled reservations or bookings qualify for a FREE rebooking. To rebook your reservation, please contact us at marketing@tagpuannyc.com.
